Any<br \/>\n              extension, cost or other consequence is determined under the<br \/>\n              project contract and applicable law.\n            <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"fh-terms__section\" id=\"fh-term-10\">\n<div class=\"fh-terms__number\">10<\/div>\n<div class=\"fh-terms__section-content\">\n            <span class=\"fh-terms__kicker\">Site Services<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Installation, Maintenance &amp; Safety<\/h2>\n<p>\n              Installation, testing, commissioning, modernisation, maintenance<br \/>\n              and repair services must be performed in accordance with the<br \/>\n              applicable project contract, approved documentation, site safety<br \/>\n              requirements and applicable laws and standards.\n            <\/p>\n<p>\n              Only authorised and appropriately qualified persons may access,<br \/>\n              adjust or work on elevator equipment. Do not interfere with safety<br \/>\n              systems or use equipment that has been isolated or identified as<br \/>\n              unsafe. Emergency or entrapment procedures must be followed where<br \/>\n              applicable.\n            <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"fh-terms__section\" id=\"fh-term-11\">\n<div class=\"fh-terms__number\">11<\/div>\n<div class=\"fh-terms__section-content\">\n            <span class=\"fh-terms__kicker\">Project Changes<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Variations, Suspension &amp; Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>\n              A requested change to scope, specification, quantity, programme,<br \/>\n              access or site condition may require a written variation addressing<br \/>\n              price and time.
